Pay while it’s awake.
Naps are on us.

Pay by the second, reserve capacity for 20% less, or bring your own servers for $5 a month each. Mix them however you like. Pay as you go first: on the meter while it runs, off it while it sleeps. Here’s one example day. Watch the meter.

A month of days like this
$1.50

An example service using 512 MB of memory and a quarter of a vCPU. If it sleeps when idle and is awake for four hours a day, a month costs $1.50. Always on, a month costs $9.00.

Three ways to pay. Mix them freely.

Start by the second. Reserve capacity once your traffic is predictable. Bring your own servers when the math says so. Every account gets every feature in every model, and moving between them is a setting, not a migration.

  1. Pay as you go

For when you'd rather not think about it.

$9/ GB of memory a month

and $18 per vCPU, only while awake, metered per second

    Early access
    • No base fee, no seats
    • Asleep costs nothing
    • Builds and previews by the second
  2. Dedicated

For when your traffic is predictable.

$7.20/ GB of memory a month

and $14.40 per vCPU, reserved a month up front

    On the roadmap. Not shipped.
    • Pay up front for CPU and RAM
    • 20% under pay as you go
    • Yours all month, awake or not
  3. Bring your own

For when you can do math.

    $5/ target a month

one connected server, however much runs on it

    Early access
    • Any Linux server you rent or own
    • Outbound tunnel, no open ports
    • Your app and its data stay on your box

The hybrid month

Production on a server you bring, builds and previews on ours at pay-as-you-go rates. Here’s one example month. Your server’s rent is between you and whoever you rent it from.

hybrid · one month · example
  • Production on your serverweb, api and Postgres on one target$5.00
  • Builds on our cloud40 builds of 4 minutes, 2 vCPU and 4 GB$0.27
  • Previews on our cloud3 pull requests, 512 MB each, awake 2 hours a day$2.31
  • Your Omniplane bill$7.58

Notice there’s no “Contact sales” button? Our prices are fixed, and we don’t employ anyone whose bonus depends on guessing your engineering budget.

Pay as you go: four prices.

The rates behind everything that runs on our cloud, including the builds and previews of a project whose production runs on your servers. Dedicated takes 20% off memory and CPU when you reserve them for a month.

  • Memory

What your container actually uses, while it's awake.

$9per GB, per month$0.0125 per GB-hour, metered per second

  • CPU

Counted in vCPUs. Most small apps idle along on a fraction of one, and you pay for the fraction.

$18per vCPU, per month$0.025 per vCPU-hour, metered per second

  • Volumes

Persistent disk for Postgres and friends. Charged for the size you ask for, awake or asleep, because your data doesn't nap.

$0.10per GB, per month$0.000139 per GB-hour, metered per second

  • Egress

Traffic your services send out to the internet. Traffic coming in has no price.

$0.02per GB sentmetered as it leaves your services

  • Object storage

S3-compatible buckets for uploads and backups. Not built yet, so no price yet.

    On the roadmap. Not shipped.

A month here is 30 days. You pay for your own container only: the platform’s sidecars that route and scale your traffic ride free.

Do the math on your app.

Pick a starting point and drag until it looks like yours. It’s arithmetic on the prices above, not a quote, and not a trap.

Reserved as Dedicated: $7.24. Pay as you go wins: it sleeps enough to beat a reservation. Dedicated is on the roadmap.

Your $5 trial credit covers all 7 trial days of this. After that, a $5 top-up lasts about 97 days.

Start with $5. Top up when you want.

No annual commitment to regret. A balance, and your services, servers and reservations drawing from it.

  1. Day 0: sign up

$5 of credit and 7 days to spend it. Every feature is switched on. There's no trial edition.

  2. Day 7: the trial ends

Liked it? Add credit and keep going. Didn't? No hard feelings and no invoice.

  3. After that: top up

From $5, whenever you like. Your services draw from the balance as they run.

Questions people ask right before signing up.

Is billing live?
Not yet. These are the prices we'll charge once it is. Early access means you see the price list before you see an invoice, which is the right order.
Do sleeping services cost anything?
Not for compute. Nothing runs, so nothing is metered. Volumes keep your data while the service sleeps, so they keep their price too.
Are preview environments billed?
Pay as you go, on our cloud, even when production runs on your servers. They sleep when idle and leave with their branch, so the one you forgot about costs about nothing.
What counts as a target?
One server of yours, connected to Omniplane. $5 a month, whether it runs one app or forty. What runs on our cloud for that project, like builds and previews, is pay as you go.
When is Dedicated worth it?
When a service is awake around the clock. Reserved memory and CPU cost 20% less, but you pay for the whole month. Anything that naps a lot is cheaper by the second.
Is there a team plan?
No seats, no team edition. Invite your team; everyone gets every feature and the prices don't change.

Anything else? The landing page fine print covers what you can deploy and where it runs.
